*What We're Looking For: *
* A seasoned lawyer with at least six years of professional legal experience, including five years specializing in corporate litigation, ideally within construction or property development.
* Deep commercial and corporate legal expertise combined with astute business judgment aligned with Patry’s strategic objectives.
* A persuasive communicator with exceptional skills in negotiation, arbitration, and litigation, equally capable of translating complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* An agile professional comfortable commanding attention and respect in both the courtroom and the boardroom, skilled in administrative proceedings and tribunals.
* An incisive, detail-oriented legal mind adept at navigating intricate case law, transactional agreements, contracts, and policy frameworks.
* Unwavering diligence, a competitive spirit, and proven relationship-building capabilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.

* Robust knowledge of current legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance matters.
