Position Information
Temporary position until approximately May 15, 2027.
Rotation/Shifts
Days and evenings, including weekends, 6 and 8 hour shifts (07:00-15:00, 15:00-21:00).

Basic Requirements
- Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
- Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
- Six (6) months clerical experience or successful completion of TOH Pathway to Clerical Role Program, or graduate from a medical secretary program from an accredited college ;
- Data Entry (4 000 keystrokes/hour);
- Knowledge of computers;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English-speaking clients.
