Applications Manager (Business Central)

Qorali is proud to be partnering with a next generation energy solutions company based in Canada dedicated to transforming how the world powers its future. Together, we're searching for a Business Central Applications Manager to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP systems, centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
This role blends technical leadership, business insight, and team management to support enterprise-wide operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on sustainable and intelligent energy technologies.

What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/ERP
- Strong critical thinking, project planning, and multitasking skills
- Proven leadership in ERP team and project management
- Expertise in ERP deployment, maintenance, and optimization
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ implementation and management with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with at least three full lifecycle ERP implementations
- Background in energy tech, retail manufacturing, or wholesale
- Functional knowledge of all BC modules and PLM systems
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
- Six Sigma or APICS certification
- Understanding of licensing and royalty structures
- French speaking
