The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing, and optimizing the company’s HR technology environment. They will assess system performance, ensure stability, and introduce improvements that enhance functionality, service delivery, and the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
Platform Health & Maintenance
- Oversee routine administration of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including user accounts, roles, ACLs, and application scopes.
- Monitor integrations and resolve platform-related issues to maintain strong system performance.
End-User Support
- Provide day-to-day support for HRSD users, including password resets and assisting with onboarding case/task issues.
Configuration Management
- Configure and maintain core HRSD modules such as HR Profiles, Case Management workflows, and Knowledge Management.
Troubleshooting
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve HRSD application errors, integration failures, and issues within the Employee Service Center.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using ServiceNow reporting tools and Performance Analytics to support HR operations.
Access Control & Authentication
- Manage authentication processes including SSO integrations, MFA enforcement, and identity provider connections.
- Conduct regular reviews of user roles, permissions, and access levels.
Upgrades & Patches
- Coordinate, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes while minimizing service disruption.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer with hands-on expertise in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD)
