- You have a minimum of 5 years experience working with Servers and networking including skills focused on, Microsoft Exchange server and Hyper-V.
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a management or service delivery position.
- You enjoy report creation and performance measurement.
- You enjoy future planning including the creation of roadmaps and objectives.
- You enjoy planning and working with specific tasks from start to finish.
- You are a great communicator, having an aptitude and a passion for clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
What will you be doing?:
- Managing incoming client requests/tickets against the clients SLA and coordinating escalations with the Technical Services Team.
- Coordinating outages and projects directly with clients and the Technical Services Team.
- Working with clients and peers to create customized IT roadmaps and future plans.
- Recommending services, products and solutions for client purchase.
- Compiling and presenting monthly health and performance reports for clients.
- Highlighting areas for improvement on client networks and working with peers to see solutions quoted or implemented.
- Evaluating client networks to ensure that they adhere to Trinus Technical Standards and coordinating with the Technical Services Team to correct deficiencies.
- Assisting clients with the creation of IT processes and policies.
- Auditing and improving internal client documentation.
