About the Opportunity
Our client, a leader in the retail sector, is looking for an Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of in-store digital experiences. In this role, you will support the digital evolution of brick-and-mortar locations, contributing to initiatives that improve how customers shop and how store teams operate each day.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners across business, technology, and store operations. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, enhance the efficiency of in-store teams, and contribute to a more connected and innovative retail environment.

Your Responsibilities
- You will gather requirements from multiple teams and manage end-to-end delivery of digital and eCommerce-related projects.
- You will collaborate with business and IT partners to define objectives, scope, timelines, and delivery plans.
- You will develop business cases and kick-off plans to introduce new digital capabilities in a sustainable way.
- You will analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to guide enhancements.
- You will define feature requirements, write clear specifications, and support development teams through delivery.
- You will manage third party vendors, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract oversight.
- You will lead business acceptance testing in lab settings and support training for operational hand off.
- You will maintain open communication across functions, manage risks, resolve issues, and propose alternative solutions.
- You will prepare and deliver project updates to Dealers, Executives, and cross-functional groups.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Retail, Fulfillment, Order Management, Store Operations, Digital, or eCommerce.
- 2+ years managing medium to large complex projects using Agile methodology.
- Experience developing budgets, cost benefit analyses, and responding to financial queries.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills in a matrixed environment.
- Skilled in presentations, documentation, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing abilities.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is an asset.
