Job Summary:
IT Program Manager – Global Digital Transformation (AEM Cloud)
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support a major global digital transformation initiative focused on consolidating and scaling digital applications across multiple regions. This program involves unifying over 5,000 websites into a centralized AEM Cloud ecosystem, enabling improved efficiency, governance, and user experience.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day program operations, partnering closely with business program managers, technical teams, and global vendor partners. You will oversee a large program team of 60–100 members, ensuring smooth execution, strong cross-functional alignment, and delivery of high-quality digital solutions within a multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, AEM Cloud).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large, complex digital consolidation program across multiple regions
- Drive planning, execution, risk management, and end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams
- Work closely with 3–4 vendor partners and 60+ global resources
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution
- Oversee testing, rollout, governance, and delivery quality
Top 5 Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of Program Management experience
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex technology programs
- Strong technical understanding to support digital application delivery
- Experience coordinating with multiple business segments and program managers
- Hands-on AEM Cloud experience (mandatory)
Additional Assets:
- Background in Finance or Insurance sectors
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, and other cloud environments
- PMP certification
Nice to Have:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience performing Cost-Benefit Analysis and Risk Assessment
