Microsoft Intune Administration
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune tenant setting sand policies
• Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 devices through Intune

• Implement and maintain iOS and Android device enrollment processes
• Create and manage compliance policies, condition a access policies, and configuration profiles
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, and compliance issues
• Monitor device health and compliance status through Intune reporting
Apple Device Management
• Configure and maintain Apple Device Enrollment Program(DEP/ADE) integration
• Manage Apple Push Notification Service (APNS)certificates and renewals
• Implement Volume Purchase Program (VPP) for app licensing and distribution
• Configure supervised device settings and restrictions
• Troubleshoot iOS/iPadOS enrollment and policy application issues
Android Enterprise Management
• Set up and maintain Android Enterprise (formerly Android for Work) configurations
• Manage Google Play Console integration and app approvals
• Configure work profiles, fully managed devices, and dedicated device modes
• Implement Android Enterprise enrollment methods (QRcode, NFC, zero-touch)
• Troubleshoot Android device management and app deployment issues
SCCM and Intune Co-Management
• Configure and maintain SCCM and Intune co-management workloads
• Manage workload transitions between SCCM and Intune
• Monitor co-managed device health and policy conflicts
• Implement cloud management gateway (CMG)configurations
• Troubleshoot co-management enrollment and synchronization issues
SOTI MobiControl for Rugged Devices
• Administer SOTI MobiControl console and deployment server
• Configure device profiles and policies for rugged Android and Windows devices
• Manage application deployment and updates through SOTI
• Implement remote control and support capabilities
• Configure lockdown profiles and kiosk modes for specialized devices
• Troubleshoot SOTI agent issues and device connectivity problems
Patch Management and Application Deployment
• Deploy Windows updates and feature updates through Intune
• Manage update rings and deployment schedules
• Deploy and manage business applications across all platforms
• Configure app protection policies and conditional launch settings
• Monitor update compliance and application installation status
• Troubleshoot failed deployments and update issues
Troubleshooting and Support
• Provide Level 2 technical support for MDM-related issues
• Analyze device logs and diagnostic information
• Resolve enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and application issues
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support or vendors when necessary
• Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
• Assist end users with device setup and basic MDM functionality
Required Qualifications
Experience and Skills
• 3-7 years of experience in mobile device management and endpoint administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and configuration
• Working knowledge of SCCM co-management scenarios and workload management
• Experience with SOTI MobiControl or similar rugged device management solutions
• Proficiency in Apple DEP/ADE enrollment and device management
• Experience with Apple VPP licensing and app distribution
• Knowledge of APNS certificate management and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Android Enterprise management and enrollment methods
• Understanding of mobile device security policies and compliance frameworks
• Experience with Windows 10/11 management through cloud-based MDM solutions
• Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
