Full Time – On-Site (Montreal)
We’re looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 professional to take ownership of our internal CRM ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both the functional expert and the technical point person for a growing Dynamics 365 environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the internal go-to resource for all things Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Configure and optimize the platform (entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards, business rules)
- Support and enhance solutions built on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Oversee integrations, system changes, updates, and platform governance
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
- Reduce reliance on external consultants by building in-house expertise and maintaining best practices
- Troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and keep the environment stable and user-friendly
What You Bring
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM configuration
- Solid understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse , and related platform components
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements with minimal oversight
- Comfort acting as both a functional SME and a technical problem solver
- Experience supporting CRM users and improving system adoption is a plus
