Skills and Responsibilities:
•Data Quality Developer who designs and builds data quality rules and mappings, Data Quality Analyst who profiles and analyzes data to identify quality issues.
•Data Quality Administrator who manages the overall system and access controls, and Business Data Steward who defines data quality standards and collaborates with developers to implement them, with each role focused on identifying, cleansing, standardizing, and monitoring data quality across the organization.
•Design and implement data quality rules for cleansing, duplication, and standardization.
•Create data quality mappings and workflows to apply cleansing logic.
•Develop custom data quality functions and reference data tables.
•Integrate data quality processes with other data integration pipelines.
•Perform data profiling to identify data quality issues like duplicates, missing values, invalid formats.
•Analyze data quality metrics and generate reports to assess data health
•Collaborate with business users to understand data quality requirements Identify root causes of data quality problems and recommend corrective actions and Manage user access and permissions within the Informatica Cloud Data Quality platform.
•Monitor data quality processes and troubleshoot issues Configure data quality rules and parameters Perform backups and restore operations Manage system performance and resource allocation.
•Define data quality standards and business rules Review and approve data quality rules developed by developers Monitor data quality metrics and address data quality issues with relevant stakeholders.
•Collaborate with data owners to ensure data quality compliance All roles heavily utilize data profiling features to identify potential data quality issues.
•Effective data quality management requires close collaboration between technical developers, business users, and data stewards.
