We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Property Manager (Mandarin/English) to join our team and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial property management, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and a proven ability to manage tenant relations, maintenance operations, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Handle lease administration, tenant onboarding, and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
- Analyzing problems with properties and finding the best solution for the tenant and property owner
- Overseeing daily administration of the property
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained
- Oversee compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Troubleshooting and responding to after-hours issues regarding the facility
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin, providing the weekly operational report.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English(spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices, lease terms, and maintenance protocols
- Experience working with property management software
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
- Valid Condominium Management License or Commercial Property Management License is a strong asset.
