Process Consultant (x2) – 6-Month Contract | Hybrid
Location: Toronto (Hybrid – Onsite every Tuesday & second Friday of each month)

About the Role
We’re looking for two experienced Process Consultants to join our Infrastructure Technology team on a critical regulatory program. This project focuses on vulnerability patching and the creation of new operational processes to strengthen compliance, governance, and technology readiness.
In this role, you will help optimize existing workflows, design new processes, reduce operational complexity, and enable continuous improvement across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead process engineering initiatives across Infrastructure Technology
- Develop detailed current state and future state process maps
- Create measurement frameworks, KPIs, and data collection plans
- Conduct process capability analysis and identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate workshops to design future-state processes
- Build implementation plans and sustainability metrics
- Provide reporting, insights, and updates to senior leaders
- Coach teams on process engineering principles and continuous improvement
Who You Are

Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in process engineering or process improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher , OR ITIL certification (both preferred)
- Strong understanding of technology processes , ideally within infrastructure or IT operations
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience designing or improving vulnerability patching processes
- Background in regulatory, compliance, or risk-driven process work
