Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Sr Scrum Master/Project Manager for a long-term opportunity.

Job Title: Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 4 days onsite/Week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.
- Serve as Project Manager to develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Choose and implement appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs.
- Utilize tools such as Confluence and Jira to manage documentation and track progress.
- Drive team alignment and accountability, ensuring milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to manage scope, risks, and expectations.
- Support change management and communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services domain.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and other project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
