Title : Staff Software Engineer with AI
Location : Remote - able to start 9am EST time
Duration : Permanent - Direct hire
Requirements :
- Professional software engineering experience, with a proven ability to design, build, and deploy production-grade systems.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI features in SaaS products or enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-driven applications using LLMs, MCP, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong background in system design, distributed systems, and API development.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Python or .NET, with strong engineering fundamentals and code quality standards.
Hands-on experience with:
- Orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, etc.)
- Agentic frameworks (Pydantic AI, Agno, Parlant, or similar)
- Automation tools (n8n, dify.ai, Power Automate)
- LLM evaluation frameworks (Arize, DeepEval, IBM WatsonX, PromptFoo)
- Experience with security and compliance in AI systems—including data handling, prompt injection mitigation, and access control.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical AI concepts into business outcomes.
