Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | Hybrid | GTA Travel Required
About the Company
A fast-growing design–build firm is redefining how commercial interiors and workplace projects get delivered. The company blends design, construction, and hands-on field execution into a single integrated solution—making projects faster, simpler, and more cost-effective for landlords and tenants. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that’s modernizing the commercial construction experience and making great spaces more accessible.
The Role
We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support a newly formed small-works / service line focused on day-2, churn, refresh, and light interior projects.
Think: small in scope, fast in cycle time, high in impact.
You’ll manage multiple small projects end-to-end with the autonomy of a Project Manager—owning scope, pricing, scheduling, permits, trade coordination, site execution, budgeting, close-out, and warranty.
Typical project categories include:
- Tenant churn / office moves
- Suite refreshes (paint, flooring, lighting)
- Minor MEP / sprinkler relocations
- Door & hardware replacements
- Small millwork or signage jobs
- Make-readies for new tenants
- Light base-building tweaks
