ICI Ground-Up Project Manager
Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 base + benefits
About the Role
Lead full lifecycle delivery of ground-up Industrial/Commercial/Institutional projects from pre-con to closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets are met.
What You’ll Do
- Own project planning: budgets, schedules (critical path), procurement, and risk plans
- Lead tendering, trade award, and contract administration (incl. CCDC)
- Coordinate consultants, trades, site teams; drive timely RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Chair progress meetings; produce cost/schedule reports and client updates
- Enforce H&S standards and QA/QC across all phases
- Forecast costs, manage cash flow, and approve pay apps
- Oversee commissioning, deficiency tracking, and turnover/closeout documentation
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years delivering ground-up ICI builds ($10M–$100M+) as PM
- Strong grasp of contracts, scheduling, and cost control (CCDC, CPM, earned value)
- Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project/Primavera, and Excel
- Diploma/Degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Assets: Gold Seal (GSC), PMP, LEED, design-build experience
