Le Chef Technique Livraison - Solutions Paiement sera responsable de travailler avec les clients afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des implantations de la solution de paiement de l’organisation.

• Planifier et mettre en œuvre le processus complet d’implantation
• Identifier proactivement les défis de conformité, de sécurité et techniques
• Assurer la communication avec les clients avec initiative et transparence
• Coordonner l’opérationnalisation de la mise en production de la solution
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance du projet et optimiser les processus de gestion
PROFIL
• 5+ années d’expérience dans un rôle de livraison de solutions ou de gestion de projets
• Expérience dans le domaine des technologies financières et de paiement
• Fortes connaissances en infonuagique, architecture de services, API et SaaS
• Expérience en conformité et sécurité (PCI-DSS, KYC, etc.)
• Forte aisance en communication
• BAC en informatique ou en gestion ou l’équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Anglais requis, Français fonctionnel)

PROFILE
• 5+ years of experience in a solutions delivery or project management role
• Experience in fintech and payment systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, service architecture, APIs, and SaaS
• Experience with compliance and security processes (PCI-DSS, KYC, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management or equivalent
• Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
