Professional Staffing has partnered with a reputable and well-established organization on the search for a Human Resources Workforce Development Specialist. A new addition to the HR team, this position is integral to the innovation and growth of the Organizational Development delivery. If you have a 'builder' mentality and enjoy creating, implementing and maintaining HR program this is an exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead workforce management programs—succession planning, workforce planning, skills assessments, and performance management
- Implement strategic succession planning frameworks that prepare employees for critical roles across leadership, technical, and functional areas.
- Provide expert consultation to leaders, deliver program training, and prepare insightful reports and recommendations
- Monitor program effectiveness, leverage metrics and feedback using HRIS or other applicable technology
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building HR programs, including; Performance Management, Succession Planning frameworks, and building of Analytics to measure program success and effectiveness
- 3+ years in Change Management and Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field - Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness,
- CPHR or pursuit of is considered an asset
- Proficiency with large HRIS systems - Ultipro, WorkDay, or SAP SuccessFactors
