We are seeking an experienced Application Support (L2) for Store Ops to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4 -6 years of hands-on experience in Application support in GCP Cloud environment with the technology skills mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities:
- L2 support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of application.
- Collaborate effectively with local business and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate and work closely with the offshore team based in India to ensure seamless project execution.
Technical Skills:
- Angular, Java Springboot MS, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, IWS/Cronjobs,S hell scripting, SQL, Python, GCP, Google AI Gemini, CRS, Search, Telemetric (Image Capture)
- Experience in working with Service Now and JIRA tools
- Certification in any of these areas Shell scripting, SQL, Python
Good to have:
- Experience in working in Retail domain
- ITIL Certification.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with local businesses, IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operation of all integrated applications with Salesforce.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT, or equivalent education and experience required.
