Required Technical Skills:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the SailPoint Identity and Access Management platform to ensure secure and compliant access to systems.
- Key responsibilities include configuring user lifecycle events, access certifications, and provisioning; developing and maintaining connectors to various applications; and troubleshooting IAM issues.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor system performance, and create technical documentation
Required Technical Skills:
- SQL: Proficient in writing queries to extract and access data
- Scripting: Expertise in PowerShell, Beanshell, Java, or Python (Python preferred)
- API Testing: Experience with Postman for testing identity endpoints
- Automation Tools: Familiarity with Autosys and Cloud Automation platforms
- Authentication Standards: Solid understanding of SAML, OAUTH, and LDAP protocols
Relevant Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ
- Knowledge of SCIM provisioning, entitlement mapping, and RBAC
- Proficient in working with file formats such as CSV, JSON, AVIP, and XML, including building and validating inbound/outbound feeds
- Experience handling and validating large data files
- Familiarity with Jira (Kanban board), Confluence, and ServiceNow
Soft Skills:
- Strong documentation abilities, including business use cases, data flow diagrams, and functional requirements
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-discipline and strong organizational skills
