As the Infrastructure Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and maintaining the effective and efficient operation of the Qixas technical infrastructure. This will include the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of on-premise and cloud-based server compute resources, network infrastructure and data protection as well as end-user support for the Qixas Team. As an Infrastructure Manager, you’ll also be accountable for ensuring the evolution and delivery of efficient technology operations as well as overall cybersecurity posture for all infrastructure-related components. This role considered 60% internal and 40% external to start dealing with on-prem and SaaS environments.
Job Duties
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and maintenance of existing technology
- Learn and master the installation, configuration and support of all current and future products sold
- Research other technologies for both potential sales opportunities as well as incorporation into Qixas infrastructure
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on both internal and customer facing as required
- Support the Sales team where necessary to meet customers hardware and software requirements
- Assist the Executive team with strategy, forecasting, budgets, expenditures, and technology vendor management
- Document, maintain and monitor daily infrastructure operations
- Support applications and systems by meeting or exceeding standards and service levels while minimizing operational risk
- Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, root causes options, and recommendations for prompt resolution
- Monitor system life cycles, ensure specifications and functionality support business objectives and architecture requirements
- Disaster recovery and Business Continuity planning and execution (define, review, test)
- Support delivery team with infrastructure assistance, deployments, environment migrations, migrations from on-prem to SaaS

- Minimum 5 years of professional information technology experience gained from within an enterprise level computing environment
