Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
Diagnose dental conditions through clinical evaluation and radiographs.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Utilize dental software such as ABELDent for patient records management.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology, including CAD/CAM systems for restorations.
Skills
Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as ABELDent and Dexis.
Experience with CAD/CAM technology for designing restorations is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is a plus.
Excellent diagnostic skills combined with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Exceptional communication skills to educate and reassure patients effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply if they possess the necessary skills.
