Ensure company policies, procedures, and onboarding materials are always up to date and accessible.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure documentation reflects how we work.

3–5 years experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes.
Experience using HRIS, ATS, and knowledge base tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
