About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack Development with expertise in .NET technologies to lead and mentor a team of developers and support engineers. This role involves hands-on development, architecture design, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers across geographies.
- Drive design reviews, approve technical solutions, and ensure coding standards.
- Develop complex modules and provide technical guidance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage SLAs for application availability and incident resolution.
- Troubleshoot performance issues across infrastructure, database, and application layers.
- Support CI/CD , Agile , and Sprint processes.
- Maintain strong client-facing engagement.
Technical Skills
- Mandatory: .NET Framework, .NET Core (C#), VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS S3 & Lambda.
- Experience with RESTful services, Entity Framework, LINQ.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React).
- Good to have: Snowflake, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, Python, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Required Experience
- 8–10 years in software development and leadership roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Application development certifications (Microsoft, AWS) preferred.
