Experience in marketing workflows within a regulated environment and strong knowledge of PAAB guidelines are essential. This is a 12-month contract position that follows a hybrid work structure, requiring the successful candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week.

- Coordinate initiatives related to BRIX, the marketing toolkit, IBA, and additional projects as required.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, medical, regulatory, and compliance—to support smooth adoption and integration of BRIX.
- Work closely with the IBU Canada leadership team to support decision-making and resolve implementation challenges.
- Deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support to internal teams on BRIX features and workflows.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with PAAB requirements throughout the planning and review of promotional content.
- Manage communications, risks, and stakeholder expectations to support successful deployment.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal partners involved in content creation and review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency supporting a pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of PAAB guidelines and experience with promotional material review and approval processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including technology implementations.
