Nearshore Lead – Workday Integration
About the Role
We are seeking a Nearshore Lead with strong expertise in Workday Integration to lead a critical project for a global client. This is a leadership role requiring technical depth, team management, and client-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large teams across multiple geographies.
- Drive delivery using SDLC , CI/CD , and Agile/Sprint methodologies.
- Coordinate with application and platform teams for Hyper-Care support , performance optimization , and testing .
- Mentor L2 teams for L3 technical delivery.
- Manage SLAs for availability and incident resolution through proactive monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards .
- Provide analytics and reporting to stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in IT leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integration .
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
