About the Opportunity
Our reputable retail client is looking for a Program Delivery Analyst to join the Product Development and Packaging Operations team where your project delivery skills will support the launch and success of new products within a large, well established organization. This opportunity allows you to work closely with cross functional partners and contribute to outcomes that directly influence business objectives.
In this role, you will help create structure, clarity and alignment across multiple stakeholders and divisions. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, track thousands of SKUs, identify trends and risks and help ensure product delivery timelines are met. You will analyze data, surface insights and support process improvements that keep product development initiatives running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities
- You will work with Product Development and cross functional teams to maintain project milestones and keep initiatives on track.
- You will build and manage project plans and support stakeholders in meeting key deadlines.
- You will lead project status meetings, facilitate working sessions and support risk identification, solutioning and pre or post mortems.
- You will analyze project KPIs using PLM software and share insights that help identify gaps or areas of focus.
- You will support reporting and data analysis for executive leadership, providing insights that improve the product development process.
- You will develop and execute communication plans that keep stakeholders informed at multiple levels of the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience managing small sized projects.
- Strong relationship management skills with a track record of facilitating conversations with cross functional teams.
- Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects of varying scope.
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Visio knowledge is an asset.
- Experience in physical product development such as apparel, footwear or consumer goods preferred.
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or similar software.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills with the ability to adjust communication style to suit the audience.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of retail marketing, consumer trends, brand management or product development.
- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
- Agile project delivery experience or certification is an asset.
- PMP certification is an asset.
