Job Summary
The Problem Management Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving the root causes of IT problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified problems
- Develop and document workarounds and permanent solutions
- Maintain the known error database
- Analyze incident trends to identify potential problems
- Collaborate with other ITSM teams to implement problem resolutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or problem management
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
