Montreal (Full-Time-Hybrid)
A leading Québec aviation organization is looking to hire an IT Support Technician Level 2 to join their IT team in Montreal. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic work environment, hands-on technical responsibilities, great benefits, and the opportunity to support operations across Québec.

What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Office, and hardware troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, including user management and Group Policies (GPO)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve intermediate-complexity technical issues
- Experience supporting end-users across multiple sites (remote + onsite support)
- Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation, and ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Ability to contribute to documentation, procedures, and knowledge sharing
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and prioritizing multiple incidents
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools
- Experience with imaging, deployments, and hardware lifecycle management
- Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN
- Experience participating in infrastructure projects (servers, cabling, cameras, access control)
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Québec
