This is a 2-year remote opportunity which is slated to start in early 2026. Extensions may be possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Commissioner Service Digital Evolution Project.
· Lead the planning, budgeting, and delivery of the Trade Commissioner Services Digital Experience Platform (DXP), including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
· Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, costing, and digital delivery strategies.
· Coordinate and support multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and governance committees.
· Establish and uphold product management and governance frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
· Monitor project performance, risks, and benefits, providing regular updates, dashboards, and briefings to senior leadership.
· Oversee key delivery activities such as demos, UAT, solution deployment, and client sign-offs.
· Identify opportunities for business teams to leverage new digital tools and ensure alignment with Government of Canada standards.
· Support continuous improvement by gathering lessons learned and coaching team members on project management best practices.
What you must bring to this role:
- Must have an existing Secret-level federal government clearance issued by PSPC
- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management experience in an IM/IT environment
- Must have a valid Project Management Professional ( PMP )® certification from the Project Management Institute, as well as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification
- Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience , in the past 5 years, working on one Public Sector project where the proposed resource planned and executed a *Large Project with national impacts, involving both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Client Relationship Management (CRM) technology, and Adobe Experience Manager Digital Experience Platform Technology (AEM-CRM).
