*Duties*
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
* Diagnose dental conditions through clinical evaluation and radiographs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
* Utilize dental software such as ABELDent for patient records management.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
* Stay current with advancements in dental technology, including CAD/CAM systems for restorations.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as ABELDent and Dexis.
* Experience with CAD/CAM technology for designing restorations is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
* Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is a plus.
* Excellent diagnostic skills combined with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
* Exceptional communication skills to educate and reassure patients effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply if they possess the necessary skills.
