Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Cash Management Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Vancity’s business members by adjudicating EFT applications, managing Prime Accounts, and setting up Online Business Plus services. You will provide technical support, ensure accurate documentation and system setup, and apply compliance standards to mitigate risk. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, member-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational accuracy.
This is a 12-month contract role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Team Manager, Cash Management Solutions. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Adjudicating Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) applications within own $50K limit in the LOS system and submitting for approval when over limit
- Engaging with members to obtain EFT details, preparing EFT documents, submitting to Central1 and completing setup in Payment Stream system
- Providing EFT technical support to members and responding to ongoing EFT issues and requests
- Setting up and managing Prime Accounts in T24
- Performing analysis and review of $2 billion Prime Account portfolio to support pricing negotiations and ensure correct revenue stream
- Engaging with members to obtain Online Business Plus (OBP) details, processing OBP applications, programming in T24 and completing setup in MDBUA system
- Responding to ongoing OBP issues and requests
- Applying organizational risk and compliance standards, policies, procedures, and controls to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk
- Responding to phone and email inquiries from members, branches, and MSC
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Diploma or degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management, banking operations, or financial services
- Strong working knowledge of EFT, OBP, and Prime Account systems including LOS, T24, MDBUA, and Payment Stream
- Experience with member engagement and technical support
- Familiarity with compliance and risk mitigation practices in financial institutions
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Central1 EFT submission processes
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills for portfolio review
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue stream optimization

The salary band for this role is Band 5. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements
