The Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a dedicated Project Solution Analyst to support strategic project execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational continuity. This role is critical to maintaining service levels and delivering on strategic priorities with minimal additional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution Support: Assist in managing multiple project-related tasks requiring focused attention and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Content & Documentation Management: Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and communication materials.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting project progress or stakeholder experience.
- Intake Request Management: Coordinate and track incoming project requests, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery of project milestones.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to PMO operations, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaboration tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
