Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Temporary 6 month contract (Potential to Permanent)

Weâre looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a reputable insurance company on a short-term contract with the possibility of going full time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors & manage calls
- Handle mail, couriers, and supplies (including snacks & groceries and responsible for stocking up supplies in the kitchen throughout the day)
- Keep office and kitchen areas tidy (including loading and unloading dishwasher, beginning and end of day)
- Support meetings/events (room setup, catering)
- Provide general admin support and liaise with building management
What You Bring
- 3+ yearsâ reception/office admin experience and being the first point of contact for anyone entering the office
- Professional, organized, exceptional communication skills (able to communicate at all levels especially with C Suite executives)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and work independently
