We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner to join our team!
You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, supporting leaders, and helping our teams thrive within a stable and rapidly expanding organization .
⚙️ What You’ll Do
- Advise and support managers on HR policies and employee relations
- Lead and coach the HR Generalist and HR Technician
- Handle investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Manage CNESST, health & safety, and disability files
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Help shape and implement HR programs and policies aligned with business goals
đź’ˇ What You Bring
- 5+ years of HR experience (food manufacturing is an asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial Relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Proficient in Excel and ADP
- CRHA membership is an asset
