Summary
The client is seeking a bilingual (English/French) professional to deliver high-quality customer service with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is articulate, energetic, positive, and experienced in corporate client services. Responsibilities & Functions
- Support the Supervisor by monitoring Salesforce queues and assigning cases to the appropriate territories for timely resolution.
- Coordinate Pre-Orders and Ship Complete requests with leadership, product managers, and the inventory analyst to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Work with the warehouse team to allocate equipment daily for both ship completes and pre-orders.
- Process and release marketing hold orders based on submissions from product managers.
- Participate in partnership meetings aimed at optimizing platform usage and improving workflow efficiency.
- Guide customers through GHX onboarding and routinely monitor the Registration Center.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of EDI and collaborate with the Contracts Department to manage and submit Catalogue 832 files.
- Assist Finance in resolving invoice discrepancies and ensuring accurate billing procedures.
- Support Finance and the Repair team with claw-back processes.
- Review and monitor weekly un-booked and unshipped orders, redirecting items to the appropriate Ambassador for follow-up.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a bilingual capacity.
- Mandatory experience working with EDI and ERP systems.
- University degree or college diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
