Checkflo delivers end-to-end payment solutions from FBO account management and compliance services to secure check processing and document fulfillment for financial institutions, payment platforms, Fortune 500 companies, and regulated industries.
We’re looking for a Customer Support & Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines client communication, data entry, and account management. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely assistance, clear instructions, and a smooth onboarding experience.
You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to set up new accounts, input and verify data, and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to Checkflo’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Assist with onboarding new customers by setting up Checkflo accounts and verifying information
- Enter and maintain client data accurately in our system
- Communicate clearly with customers about next steps, required documents, and troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Printing/Shipping, Development) to resolve client issues efficiently
- Prepare or update customer account documentation as needed
- Monitor client activity and follow up to ensure successful account activation and satisfaction
- Identify recurring support issues and share feedback for process improvements
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in customer support, data entry, or account coordination is preferred
- Familiarity with payment systems, financial software, or SaaS products is a plus
