Overview: The Commercial Banking Lending group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager / Commercial Loan Operations Manager to support a $50+ million portfolio of initiatives within the Commercial Lending space. This role sits on the business side of the PMO, partnering closely with a Technology Project Manager who will oversee the technology delivery streams. The Business Program Manager will be accountable for portfolio-level budget oversight, resource planning, executive reporting, and high-impact presentations to senior leadership.

Start Date: early January
Initial Term: 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension
Location: Downtown Toronto
Hybrid Model: 2 days per week onsite (mandatory)
Must-Haves:
- Seniority level: (10+yrs PM + 5+yrs PMO/program leadership)
- Banking/Commercial Banking domain
- Commercial Lending expertise
- Large-scale, high-visibility initiatives + executive-level communication
- Expert at PM foundations - Steering Committees, Project Charters, PM Plans, Governance
- PMP (or equivalent) Certification
Required skills / Duties
- 10+ years of Project Management experience and 5+ years of Program Management experience within the banking sector
- Extensive Commercial Lending experience is mandatory
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including facilitation of senior-level meetings and steering committees
- Mastery of core PMO practices, including governance, project charters, PM plans, and steering committee management
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is considered an asset
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs within the Commercial Banking domain
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple technology and business workstreams
- Previous experience working on high-visibility initiatives with substantial executive exposure
