As our campaigns continue to grow, we’re developing future leaders who can help drive expansion, lead teams, and take ownership of new retail projects.
The Opportunity
As a Management Trainee – Sales Campaign , you’ll start by learning the fundamentals: customer engagement, sales strategy, and brand representation inside retail locations. From there, you’ll gradually take on more responsibilities from overseeing event performance to mentoring junior team members.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly and sees leadership as a natural next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage customers in retail environments and introduce them to a premium in-store benefits program
- Learn and apply core sales techniques while consistently meeting daily and weekly targets
- Support event setup within retail locations to ensure displays and materials are professional and inviting
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand campaign goals, performance metrics, and best practices
- Begin coaching teammates as you progress, sharing insights and helping drive team success
- Participate in advanced training focused on communication, leadership, sales strategy, and campaign management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident presence
- Natural leadership qualities or a clear desire to grow into management
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful, but not required
- Full-time availability and comfort working in fast-paced, in-person retail settings
- Coachable, goal-driven, and eager to take on increasing responsibility
