The Opportunity: Your Impact Matters
As a Thiessen Safety Consulting team member, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive on-site safety evaluations, identifying hazards before they become incidents.
- Build customized, practical safety programs, policies, and procedures for construction and industrial clients.
- Deliver engaging, meaningful safety training that connects with both frontline workers and leadership teams.
- Lead incident investigations, uncovering root causes and recommending preventive strategies.
- Offer clear, professional guidance on compliance with OHS regulations and evolving industry best practices.
- Strengthen client partnerships by delivering outstanding service and proactive safety leadership.
- Help shape and maintain a culture of safety excellence for the companies we serve.
Your Credentials
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation.
- Minimum 3 years of construction sector safety experience.
- Strong understanding of Saskatchewan and Canadian OHS legislation.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
