The Opportunity: Your Impact Matters

As a Thiessen Safety Consulting team member, you will:

Conduct comprehensive on-site safety evaluations, identifying hazards before they become incidents.
Build customized, practical safety programs, policies, and procedures for construction and industrial clients.
Deliver engaging, meaningful safety training that connects with both frontline workers and leadership teams.
Lead incident investigations, uncovering root causes and recommending preventive strategies.
Offer clear, professional guidance on compliance with OHS regulations and evolving industry best practices.
Strengthen client partnerships by delivering outstanding service and proactive safety leadership.
Help shape and maintain a culture of safety excellence for the companies we serve.

Your Credentials

National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation.
Minimum 3 years of construction sector safety experience.
Strong understanding of Saskatchewan and Canadian OHS legislation.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
