In this role, you will be joining a global financial services firm. You will be a part of a large IT team that is spread out across Canada, and help manage the IT infrastructure in their Toronto office. You will support Windows 11 and Office 365, and will primarily support with Tier 2 issues.
What you will do and how you will make an impact …
- Provide user support for Office 365 and Windows products. You will respond to tickets and calls for all offices across Canada.
- Provide support for Tier 1 - Tier 2 issues. You will diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and document issues related to Windows, Office 365, company-specific applications, and network connectivity.
- Track equipment assignments and maintain accurate records in inventory systems.
- Set up and support PCs, monitors, printers, VOIP phones, and other shared equipment.
- Document processes and issues and manage their inventory.
- Onboard and offboard users and manage user accounts and access.

Requirements ...
- Degree or diploma in an IT-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or similar role.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA are an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure environments.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services or insurance is an asset.
