A leading global technology company is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality operations at their Montreal facility. This is a high-impact leadership role with 6–7 direct reports, driving excellence in semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing.
You should apply if you have the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality + 5+ years in Quality Management
- Direct experience in semiconductor manufacturing required.
- Proven success with New Product Introductions (NPI), change management, and process control
- Six Sigma background with strong continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent leadership and social skills; French proficiency a plus (not required)
