THE IMPACT YOU’LL HAVE
This isn’t a back-office analytics job. You’ll sit side-by-side with Brand General Managers, shaping brand direction with insights rooted in real patient and market behaviour.
You're the person the business turns to when they need:

Your work will directly influence prescribing behaviour, patient access, and investment decisions across the brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Brand Analytics Lead, you will:
Drive brand strategy through analytics
- Own the analytical roadmap for a high-priority therapeutic brand.
- Challenge thinking and guide choices on positioning, promotion, targeting, and investment.
Be deeply hands-on with the data
- Write SQL that cuts through massive claims and patient-level datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.).
- Build statistical and predictive models in Python or R.
- Develop business rules to understand patient journeys, market barriers, persistency curves, and opportunity spaces.
Be the strategic partner senior leaders rely on
- Work daily with Brand GMs, Marketing Directors, Sales Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present insights with a commercial point of view — not just numbers.
- Influence decisions with storytelling, not dashboards.
Lead without stepping away from the work
- Mentor analysts when needed, but stay personally involved in designing, executing, and validating solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years in pharma analytics or consulting, with hands-on experience in patient claims, sales, and market data.
- Technical depth : strong SQL, plus Python or R for modelling and advanced analysis.
- Commercial sharpness : you understand what drives brand performance and can shape recommendations accordingly.
- Stakeholder confidence : you can speak to senior leaders in their language — not technical jargon.
- A proactive, consultative mindset: you don’t wait for requests; you anticipate what the brand needs.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with MMM, promotional analytics, or statistical modelling.
- Background working across global or multi-brand structures.
