We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Specialist to develop and execute our marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services, strengthen our brand presence, and support continued business growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
•Conduct market and competitor research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and strategic positioning.
•Build, manage, and optimize the company's digital presence, including website updates and the launch, development, and growth of social media channels.
•Plan, execute, and optimize targeted multi-channel advertising and promotional campaigns.
•Create engaging, brand-aligned content for digital platforms and promotional campaigns to strengthen customer engagement and support marketing objectives.
•Analyze campaign performance and website metrics, and translate data into actionable insights to refine strategies.
•Proactively cultivate and maintain partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry contacts.
•Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat business and foster long-term client relationships.
•Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing activities with operational capacity and promote services effectively.
•Manage and monitor the marketing budget efficiently, tracking spending against performance outcomes to maximize return on investment.
Job Requirements
•A bachelor’s degree is required.
•At least 2-3 years of marketing experience is required. Must demonstrate competency in marketing strategy development, digital marketing, brand building, end-to-end campaign execution, and the ability to lead initiatives independently.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and develop actionable insights.
•Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and social media platforms.
•Excellent initiative and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
