Pattern is looking for a contractor who lives and breathes AI workflows—not just prompting, but designing full systems that make teams faster, smarter, and more aligned. We’re exploring how to leverage tools like Atlas, Gemini, and other LLM-enabled apps to centralize knowledge, streamline decision-making, and improve UX, CRO, and brand execution across our portfolio of DTC brands.
What You’ll Work On
- Design AI-powered workflows that connect our internal docs, playbooks, dashboards, and product specs into a unified knowledge system our teams can use daily.
- Set up and optimize “agent mode” , ensuring it pulls from the right sources and becomes a reliable co-pilot for product, marketing, ops, CX, and leadership.
- Build automations and repeatable processes that reduce manual work in strategy, reporting, CRO audits, UX/UI reviews, inventory forecasting, content ops, and more.
- Translate messy, real-world team needs into intuitive AI workflows that elevate decision-making quality and speed.
- Train our team on how to use and adopt these new systems so they create leverage, not noise.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, or knowledge graphs .
- Understand how DTC teams operate—marketing, growth, product, ops—and can map AI workflows to how real operators work.
- Know how to structure information so AI tools produce accurate, context-rich outputs.
- Are both strategic and tactical: you can architect the system and roll up your sleeves to implement it.
- Communicate clearly and can guide a team that wants to leverage AI but needs an expert to architect the foundation.

Contract Details
- Part-time contract (flexible hours, EST collaboration preferred)
- 4–8 week initial scope with potential extension
