Unbound Merino is a Toronto-based clothing brand founded by three lifelong friends passionate about travel. The company creates versatile, high-performance Merino wool apparel designed specifically for travelers and minimalists. Our garments prioritize simplicity, style, and durability, made from sustainably sourced merino wool.
We focus on crafting timeless, functional pieces that are wrinkle-resistant, odor-resistant, moisture-wicking, and suitable for a variety of climates and occasions. Our mission is to help customers pack and own less, allowing them to focus on meaningful experiences rather than bulky luggage or fast fashion trends.

- Obsessive eye for design and brand; detail-oriented with ability to prioritize high-leverage initiatives, uphold exceptional standards, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Strong leadership to mentor teams, set high expectations, hold accountable, and motivate in a dynamic, non-corporate, remote setting.
- Results-driven self-starter: proactive, creative problem-solver, ambitious, curious, fun, risk-taking with quick course-correction, strong soft skills yet firm, and impatient for action.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
