As we continue to scale our Omnichannel strategy, we are excited to launch a new Retail division—and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join us on this journey.
Position Overview: Buyer
We’re looking for a product-obsessed, consumer-minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Product Line Offering, using data, analytics, and real-time market insights to drive results and inform future seasons.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product line offerings with a strong assortment planning lens for the Canadian market
- Leverage historical data, analytics, and market feedback to shape future seasons and drive current performance
- Partner cross-functionally to align product strategies across all DTC touchpoints
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across the business
- Develop seasonal plans including product, pricing, flow, concept, and strategic intent
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with mastery of key wholesale, retail, and digital KPIs
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations and reports for leadership and store teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field—or equivalent industry experience
- 3–5 years of buying experience, ideally within contemporary menswear or multi-door retail environments
- Strategic, future-focused thinker with the ability to innovate and influence
- Passion for product and working knowledge of product development
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to turn data into effective business strategies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel up to ~30% across Canada and internationally
- Hybrid work model—valid driver’s license and vehicle required
