Inventory Manager – Gee Beauty (Toronto) ✨

Gee Beauty is a modern makeup, skincare and wellness destination known for elevated service, warm hospitality, and a team-first culture. We’re growing — and we’re looking for a hands-on, agile, operationally savvy Inventory Manager to join our Toronto team.
About the Role 💼
This is a fast-paced, physical, detail-driven position responsible for ensuring our studio and e-commerce store is fully stocked, organized, and operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is analytical, Excel-savvy, proactive, and loves both hands-on physical work and big-picture operational thinking.
What You’ll Do 📦
- Manage ordering, stock levels & replenishment across studios
- Unpack, lift, organize & move boxes (daily physical labour required)
- Lead receiving, cycle counts & inventory audits
- Maintain a clean & highly organized stockrooms
- Support e-commerce picking/packing + studio restocking
- Communicate with vendors & track shipments
- Build tools and reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Problem-solve, think critically & improve systems
