Job Location: Fully on-site role, based in London, ON.
Job Type: Permanent.
Shift Structure: Day shift, no weekends.
Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 to start + 100% paid benefits + annual personal spending account + paid holiday shutdown period between Christmas + New Years!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and repair support to dealers.
- Offer technical support to internal teams including sales and support staff.
- Advise dealers on warranty eligibility and guide them through warranty-related repair procedures.
- Evaluate and adjudicate dealer warranty claims to determine valid coverage.
- Diagnose and repair critical product failures, support end-users with technical issues, maintain accurate logs and reports, and handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical sales, technical support, or service management.
- Must be fully bilingual in French/English, including verbal and written proficiency.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly gather, analyze, and share information effectively.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and connected digital collaboration environments.
