Job Description:
We’re looking for a Mac Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and hands-on support for Mac devices within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The role includes troubleshooting macOS issues, managing device setups and configurations, supporting software installations, ensuring security compliance, and assisting end users with hardware and application needs.
Experience with JAMF, Mac hardware, and enterprise IT support is highly preferred.
